PLEASE READ CAREFULLY - THESE TERMS INCLUDE A BINDING ARBITRATION PROVISION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER.

By accessing or using Hops services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you're using Hops on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Hops provides cloud-based platform services according to your subscription plan.

Not reverse engineer or modify the service

Hops retains all rights to the service and technology

You grant Hops license to host and process your data to provide the service

We protect your data according to our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

We may suspend or terminate service for violation of terms

You may terminate your account at any time

Upon termination, your data may be deleted

The sercies is provided "as is" without any warrenty of any kind.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the past 12 months.

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration

Governing Law: Seoul Central District Court

Assignment: Rights not transferable without consent

Entire Agreement: These terms constitute the complete agreement
